Established by the late Hugh Schonfield and the trustees of the World Service Trust in order to take over the interim responsibility for the establishment of a constitutional Servant Nation and the administration of the affairs of the Mondcivitan Republic (the first world people) until such a time as this nation could once again take up its responsibilities under a democratic leadership within the terms of its constitution.
