This Memorandum represents one of the few means open to the Service-Nation Movement for making its unique purpose generally known. The design and functions of the Movement preclude any mass appeal for members. Its message is to men and women who have become conscious of a vocation for unrestricted world service, whose genuine concern for humanity is capable of transcending the barriers of state, race, class, and creed, who are willing to subordinate every lesser allegiance to the necessity of acting as a binding force uniting all men and all nations.
