The Aldingen Declaration - 13th July 1976Aldingen 13th July 1976 To whom it may concern: The main concept of a Servant-Nation we hold as valid. Such a Servant-Nation (or Servant-People) has as its objective service to the Peoples of the World. Service we would define as, and achieve through addressing ourselves to the concrete problems of mankind. We believe that it is clear that all political strife between individuals and groups has as its core economic and social problems. Therefore our activities should be primarily in this direction. We feel very strongly that the Servant-People can only evolve as a valid and living organism and its members achieve identity, through direct and personal involvement in service. Such a Servant-People has a common aim; through empirical experimentation, to evolve economic, social and political structures which meet the fundamental needs of Mankind. We feel that the approach of the Mondcivitan Republic, as presently demonstrated, is self-centred as it sees as its first objective the building of itself. However, we see the coming of a Servant-People as a goal to be achieved through proven service to Mankind and the final form of its political structures to be the result of the principle of service being applied to its internal relations. As their views would seem to conflict with the direction of the Mondcivitan Republic at the present time we declare the following: The principle of service, also applying to political structures, implies the right of the individual and the group to autonomy. Thus we state that we will develop and act in total independence of any central authority or government, but at the same time we wish to co-operate with all those who share the same basic convictions. We, the undersigned, would describe ourselves as "Mondcivitaner Aktionsgemeinschaft für ein autonomes Modell der Neuen Gesellschaft" which is a Servant-People under formation.
